Leadership Fit

Leadership Fit trains leaders and teams from its Dunedin base. Programmes concentrate on emotional intelligence, resilience and conflict management, and use EQ and MBTI profiling to shape the training for each organisation. Team building sessions accompany the leadership development work, and workshops are run for businesses and organisations across New Zealand.
