The Redoubt Bar & Eatery
The Redoubt Bar and Eatery is a Matamata bar and restaurant opened in 2006 by Jacob and Kelly Henderson. The kitchen runs a seasonal menu, with regular dishes including crispy pork belly, fish and chips and the OMG burger, and can cater for different dietary requirements.
